150 foot paver walkway

Gary Pieretti put in a 150' paver walkway with a patio circle and retainer wall on our property.

I got several estimates; Gary Pieretti gave me the best price, and showed up when he said he would. He even came back to make sure my husband understood exactly the scope of work the estimate involved (this was before we secured him for the job).

He was easy to get in touch with before, and after the job. Once we scheduled the job, he gave us a date and started work exactly when he said he would. He was very professional and a pleasure to work with, as was his crew. I also have to commend Gary for being on our property every single day working with his crew; how often do you schedule a job with the company owner and never see them again? Our property was left neat at the end of every day. The end result was amazing, we could not be happier. It's been two months and it's still perfect.

Built retaining wall out of field stone.

Went very well.  The retaining wall turned out exactly as we wanted. We were hesitant at first with the materials to be used for the wall.

Gary was very patient and met us at several local stone yards.  After we agreed on the stone we wanted, Gary and his assistant showed up exactly as promised and finished the work in about 2 days (what he had projected).  He was very professional and knowledgeable.  I wouldn't hesitate recommending Gary to anyone.

Excavated and cleared old cement porch

I recently bought a home with a pool in the back but unfortunately came with a rather pathetic looking old, small concrete patio that was cracking down the middle and showing very real signs of age.  It needed an update desperately.  I got a handful of quotes.  Gary came out and gave me the most educated and detailed vision out of anyone else.

He immediately brought to light issues of drainage, functionality, and code standards.  He seemed to know instantly what was going to be needed to bring this project to fruition.  He also does his own lighting gave me a very good price on the entire package.  He came out the day promised 8 AM sharp with his crew.  He started the demo raising a sledge hammer alongside with his workers.  Every day he was there, not only managing but also engaging in heavy labor in 90+ degree heat.  I was pretty impressed with his hard work.  Given that he was onsite every day, he was also available for any questions or issues I had with how the project was going.  What can I say - my patio turned out to be more beautiful than I had imagined. It has completely transformed my backyard experience, enlarging the porch area and making it so much more comfortable. I love spending time on my back patio now, thanks to Gary!  I highly recommend him!!

New Pavers!

Gary removed the original concrete walkways ( which were 6" thick) and installed paver walkways in the front and back of house. He covered the front porch with flagstones to blend with the color of the stones of my house. Also, he put in stone steps to the lower part of the back yard.

Gary came promptly every morning with his helper  and did not disturb us at all.In all, it took 7 days but they were not always here a full day. Most of the time was doing prep work and laying the sand and gravel in layers.

Gary made very precise calculations on where everything went-it was not easy to install the extremely heavy stone steps without heavy equipment( because of our septic pipes underground)--and align them exactly where the pavers would start at the right height.
It looks great!
